Cookies & browser storage
What we store on your device, why we need it, and how you can control it.
Last updated: October 4, 2026
We do not ask you to accept optional trackers that are not in use. The sign-in and preference storage described here supports your account and experience.
Essential sign-in cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in and lets us verify your permissions. A temporary cookie supports two-step verification when needed. JavaScript cannot read either cookie. They expire according to the configured session and verification periods; signing out ends your session.
Display preferences
Your browser stores your light or dark theme and collapsed navigation preference on your device. These remain until you change them or clear this site’s browser data.
Project request drafts
We store your smart-request draft locally on your device so you can return to it. The local draft is removed when you submit the request. On a shared device, clear this site’s browser data after finishing so another person using the device cannot access your draft.
Analytics and marketing
The application currently includes no optional analytics or advertising tools that set tracking cookies. Hosting and security services may use technologies needed for protection and operation. We will update this policy and consent controls before adding optional tracking to the application.
External services
External links and meeting or payment services may open another provider’s pages. Their policies apply to those services. Review their privacy policy before sharing additional information.
Managing browser data
You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Deleting the session cookie signs you out; blocking storage may prevent drafts and preferences from being saved. This does not delete requests or project files stored in your company account.
